One of our most important goals is to make all our customers satisfied with the products and services we provide. If you are not satisfied or have no reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt. If the product has problems due to our reasons during the warranty period, we will not charge you for parts, labor or shipping.

* Terms and conditions apply. We do not charge for returns initiated within 30 days of delivery unless the item is damaged by the customer or something is missing. If the item you purchased from us has a problem within one year of delivery and the problem is not caused by human error or intentional, we will send you a label for free.
We use secure payment gateways such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc. We do not have direct access to the customer's payment information, so we cannot charge the customer if the customer does not initiate the payment actively.

Return or exchange requests can be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Within 30 days of receiving your order and within the warranty period, we only guarantee free repairs, but we may exchange at our discretion. If approved, late returns will be subject to a restocking fee. Outside of the warranty period, if you request repair service, you will be charged for parts and labor.
